Did you know that 1 in 3 Americans has a criminal record and Florida has the 3rd largest incarcerated population in the United States?

Every year, over 600,000 men and women return home from Florida’s jails and prisons — often facing overwhelming barriers to housing, employment, mental health care, and basic stability. Without support, these challenges can lead to generational cycles of poverty and incarceration.

At Operation New Hope, we exist to meet the critical needs of justice-impacted Floridians.

As Florida’s Statewide Reentry Network, we provide wraparound support to formerly incarcerated individuals working to rebuild their lives and avoid cycling in and out of the prison system. Our holistic approach includes career development training, case management, mental health services, transitional housing, job coaching, and long-term support — giving people the tools they need to truly thrive.
